Ring Chair

The Ring Chair is one of the many beautiful pieces of furniture created by the famous Finnish American industrial designer and architect Eero Saarinen. It is not unlike many of his other works; its shape features very fluid, organic curves just like a lot of the other pieces he designed.

Eero Saarinen's models strive to evoke a sense of liveliness and artistic flair without detracting from formality and professionalism. The Ring Chair manages to do that perfectly, with its unique appearance that makes it a perfect addition to any interior, including offices and other work environments.

The Ring Chair looks exactly as its name suggests. The seat forms a somewhat doughnut-like shape, rising a bit at the top to support the sitter's back. The sides of the Ring Chair form a pair of gentle slopes which function as armrests, and the flat base forms the seat. The chair is padded, so it is very comfortable to sit in. It rests on four stainless steel legs, and it comes in a variety of different colours -choose whatever fits your own personal preference.
