The Florence Knoll inspired Sofa is one of the greatest pieces of furniture created by designer Florence Knoll, and was originally conceived as part of her lounge collection in 1945.

The Knoll Sofa is a great addition to just about any kind of interior; you can have it in your office for a relaxed, yet still sophisticated and formal feel, or you can simply put it in your living room to add to the décor. With its gorgeous design, the Knoll Sofa beautifies its surroundings without looking gaudy. It differs from the other Knoll lounge pieces in that it can seat up to three people.

Like the rest of the lounge collection, the sofa's design consists of a series of blocks and rectangles stacked together for a very angular look. The sofa has six cushions; three for the back and three for the seat. Each one features a hand-tufted button design and a square pattern.

The frame of the Knoll Sofa is large and durable. The base holds the cushions in place, with armrests that come up to about two thirds of the sofa's height. The polished chrome frame visibly lines the bottom edges, supported by six legs.
