Eames inspired ETR coffee table white

The ETR coffee table is known by some others as the “surfboard coffee table” due to the elongated oval design of its surface.

Charles Eames is best known for having incorporated minimalist aesthetics into his furniture designs. Together with his wife Ray, Charles concocted some of the most popular pieces of furniture to date, and his work still continues to be recreated by popular demand.

Like many of the other tables that Eames designed, this coffee table is made with plywood, possessing multiple layers for added sturdiness and a lacquered surface to make the table smooth and glossy.

Not all designs available are as good at capturing the essence of his products as this Eames inspired ETR coffee table (white), however. Much care was put into producing this item so that it would be as close to the original as possible, in both form and utility.

The table stands on two small wire supports, an element common to many Eames designs, and is perfect for use in living rooms and other places where it might be set alongside a couch.

Would complement the LTR side tables. An outstanding modern design.
